With this thought, we introduced a special employee engagement initiative in collaboration with Tata Memorial Hospital, where team members can choose to celebrate their birthdays by contributing to a weekly meal distribution drive for cancer patients and their caregivers.
Every Wednesday, meals are distributed on behalf of team members celebrating their birthdays during the week, transforming a personal milestone into an act of kindness and compassion. The initiative also welcomes participation from colleagues who wish to volunteer and support the cause.

In collaboration with Borivali Blood Bank, the Sajjan Jain Trust organized a blood donation drive at Arkade’s head office in Kandivali to support Thalassemia patients. The overwhelming response saw office members, friends, family, and residents from nearby housing societies unite for this noble cause. Their generosity and compassion brought hope and healing to those in need, with a total of 97 donors contributing.
